Create an Abstract
Create a lease abstract, upload the Base Lease and First Amendment, then see prediction previews (Est. 20 minutes) and human-reviewed values (Est. 24 hours) appear.

Open the asset. In Abstracts, click the create icon.

Name the lease abstract Park Avenue Tower, pick the Lease template, then click create.

Open the abstract. The Documents section is empty until you upload the lease files.

Click More next to Documents.

Choose Upload.

Add the Base Lease PDF and the First Amendment PDF.

After upload, both documents appear and predictions start generating.

About 20 minutes after you upload, predicted values appear on the abstract. Predicted fields show an exclamation mark until they are human-reviewed.

Click a predicted value to open its preview link on the source document.

About 24 hours after upload, human-reviewed values replace the prediction previews.
