Overview
AbstractCRE turns files and documents into structured data that can be analyzed, modeled, audited, and integrated.
- Asset
- A building, property, or portfolio that serves as a container for a set of Documents and Abstracts.
- Abstract
- A structured set of information extracted from one or more Documents. Abstracts can represent leases, loans, property management agreements, financial statements, and other Document or agreement types.
- Document
- A PDF file, such as a lease, loan agreement, amendment, property management agreement, etc.
- Template
- The set of Fields used to structure the schema of an Abstract or Asset.
- Field
- A single data element within a Template. Each Field has a name and data type, such as text, date, currency, dropdown, or table.
- Field Value
- The information captured for a specific Field within an Abstract or Asset.
- Link
- The highlighted Document language that shows where a Field Value is sourced from.
Getting started
Working in an abstract
- Getting into Edit ModeOpen an abstract document and click Edit.
- Edit a Field Value & LinkChange a field value and the document text it is linked to.
- Create a LinkManually create a link.
- Remove a Field's LinkClear a field's link from the source document.
- Change the Abstract NameRename an abstract.
- Change the Abstract TemplateSwitch which template an abstract uses.
